This has the the basic meaning to life. There are two types of peopl in life, those who are free, like Noodle, and those who are controlled and imprisioned( metaphoricaly speaking),like 2-D and Murdoc. Of those who are imprisioned, there are those who enjoy it and take advantage of it, like Murdoc, and those who regret letting themselves be controlled and would do anything to change it, but in the end realise that they cant do anything and accept it, like 2-D.
