@CarBoNGamingTeam: The "very" special is designed for the US radio (I think they were afraid of censorship) on the time the song was introduced, around 1992, 1993. The original version (UK) goes with "fuckin'" special... and of course, it's the best version =)

The coolest thing about this scene, besides the music, is that it really captures the essence of what the Italians call, "being hit by the lightning bolt." The way that chick is looking at Johnny, with that longing and yearning, goes beyond mere words and evokes a very special facet of the human condition that dwells in the deepest reaches of the heart and soul. I would love to have a beautiful girl look at me like that, but then I'm no Johnny Depp...such is life.
