Alrighty, for the Last Time: The Adorable lil' dancing figure in this video is Noodle; she is female, a primate, and Japanese. She is not emo, her style of clothing (this goes for the rest of the band as well) is merely an artist's rendering of the actual guitarist's (yes, she is the guitarist for Gorillaz) personality. The Dancing around and otherwise playful, even sensual, body language of the virtual character is a reflection of the actual woman.
